What would happen if I suspend a member's account?

Administrators can set the status of a member's account to suspended by using the Lark Admin Console. Click here to see information on how to set the status of accounts to 'Suspended'.
  1. After the status of a member's Lark account is set to Suspended, the member will not be able to log in to the account.
  1. If the account status of a member is set to Suspended, they will not be able to access files in Docs. However, the system retains all of the data of unavailable member accounts. Also, the status of suspended accounts remain visible within the company, and coworkers can still send them messages, event invitations, and share files with them.
  1. User accounts that have a status of Suspended can only be restored by company administrators. Restored users can view all the records during the time they were suspended.
Note: Member accounts that are set to a status of Suspended still count towards the user quota that you are allocated as part of your Lark plan.
