This is a user-guide in Microsoft 365 to get help and training on Microsoft 365 apps.

Microsoft 365 (previously Office 365) is a product family of productivity software and cloud- based services owned by Microsoft. It encompasses online services such as Outlook, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, programs formerly marketed under the name Microsoft Office (including applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook on Microsoft Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and on the web), enterprise products and services associated with these products such as Exchange Server, SharePoint, and Yammer.

Part I.  How to sign in to your Microsoft Account

Sign in to your Microsoft account dashboard

  1. Go to Microsoft account and select Sign in

2. Type the email, phone number, or Skype sign-in that you use for other services (Outlook, Office, ), then select Next.

3. Type your password and select the Keep me signed in box if you want to go straight into your account next time (not recommended for shared computers).

4. Select Sign in.

5. Once sign-in,  you will be routed to your Microsoft 365 account.

 

Part  II: Microsoft 365 App Training

Instruction:  

Go to Microsoft 365 web page. Click Microsoft 365 help and learning

In Microsoft 365 support page,  you will see the list of  the MS 365 Apps. 

Select the App Icon to start learning the selected application.

 

In this page,  just select these following applications  just click each link here in the docs to be routed directly to your choice app.

 

These are the apps that  commonly used in Microsoft 365.
