If you are going to transfer to the new tenant and you want to take your documents with you , here's how you will be able to share and transfer it:
Share Documents to the External User
You have to add yourself from the previous tenant to the new tenant as an external contacts.
In your newly created tenant, Go to Contacts > External Contacts
2. Click the Add External Contact button and you will be able to add external contact via :
Phone or email - you can input the email address of external user you want to add, as an example, your email address. All the account that uses the same email will show. You can click the add button to add the external user
My Link - you can also go to My Link tab and click Copy to get the link of your contact details. You can share the link to others

3. Go back to your previous tenant and accept the contact request from the current tenant.
4. Open the document, begin transferring your files by sharing them to your new account but make sure to set "Can edit" before sending so that your new account have the permission to the documents.
5. If you go check the file using your new tenant account, it will still redirect to your previous account. So you need to switch account on your Lark drive.
In the browser, go to your profile, click the Switch Account and select your new tenant
You are now able to share your files from the previous tenant to the new tenant.
Take Ownership of the Document
Now that you have access to the document as one of the collaborators ( the document owner is still the previous tenant, new tenant was only the collaborator ) but want to own the document you can follow these steps:
1. Opening the document using your new account, you can click the three-dot on the upper right side and select "Make a Copy". It will allow you to create a copy of the document , making the new tenant the owner.
2. Once you have succefully make a copy of the document , you can go to your "Docs" in the Lark App and notice that there is already a copy of the file and the owner was also changed.
You have succefully transfer the ownership of the docs.
Note: If you have already make a copy of the file , you can rename it and always make sure that you are signed in to the new tenant when accessing the doc (owned docs).
