How to View or Generate a Report

Here's a detailed user guide on how to generate a report

 

 HR > Reports

 

1. Access the Desired Module

  • From the main menu, navigate to the module that contains the data you want to generate a report for. For example, if you want to generate a report for employee information, go to the "Human Resources" module.

2.  Open the Reports Section

  • On the module's main page, look for the "Other Reports" option or "Key Reports"
  • Click on it to access the list of available reports for that module.

 3. Choose the Report Type

  • In the Reports section, you will find various report types specific to the module.
  • Identify the report type that corresponds to the information you need. For example, if you want to generate a report for employee information, look for a report named "Employee Information" or similar.

 4. Set Report Parameters

  • Once you have chosen the report type, click on the report name to open it.
  • In the report parameters section, you may have various options to customize the report.
  • Set the parameters according to your requirements. This may include selecting filters, specifying date ranges, or choosing specific fields to include in the report.

 5. Run the Report

  • After setting the report parameters, click on the "Run" or "Generate" button to generate the report.
  • Lemonade will process the report based on the selected parameters and display the results on the screen.

 6. Review and Export the Report (Optional)

  • Take a moment to review the generated report on the screen.
  • If you need to export the report for further analysis or sharing, look for an export option such as "Download," "Export to Excel/CSV," or similar.
  • Click on the export option to save the report in the desired format.
