Google Workspace Overview
Google Workspace is a package of cloud-based services that can provide your organization with a whole new way to work together online—not just using email and chat, but over video conferences, social media, real-time document collaborations, and more.
Once you own the domain, you and your team can begin using Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Meet, Chat and other core Google Workspace services, as well as additional services like Currents, Sites, Maps, Forms, Sites, Appscripts, Search help, Keep, Tasks. and more.

Training Objectives
By the end of the training course, you will be able to
- Navigate and manage each applications in Google Workspace
- Learn how to customize your workflow by creating and modifying settings of each app.
- Understand the functionalities of each applications in Google Workspace
Instructions:
This training manual contains training videos, hands-on activities and assessment for you to become proficient in using Google Workspace. Please make sure to read through the entire document before starting with the course.
The training course consists of Two Parts.
Part 1: Taking the Core Applications Course of Google Workspace. These applications are Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Meet and Google Chat.
Part 2: Learn the other Google Workspace Applications in Google Workspace Learning center web page.These applications are Google Forms, Sites, Keep , Appscript, Cloud search and Jamboard.
PART I:
This serves as formal education on Google Workspace. This Google Workspace training will provide learning and understanding the basics of Google Workspace Apps. It includes activities and assessment to better understand the topic. When you complete each course, you can earn the badge that will be displayed in your profile page.
1.To formally start with the course, you'll need to be signed-in into Chrome, using the provided Google account by your company or organization.
2.Click the Google Workspace Training. You’ll be routed to the Google Workspace Training Homepage

- Next, pick your path according to your role. For the end-user click the dropdown arrow to select Workspace End User learning as shown below.

- Google Workspace training in Workspace End User learning path has eight(8) courses.
You will learn Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Meet and Google Chat, and Google sheets Advanced Options( skip this course). These self-paced training modules include videos, labs, and quizzes to boost your skills. Here are some courses to help you get started

- Start the training course by selecting the first course- which is Gmail and then select
“ Learn More” and click “Join to enroll in the course”.
Note:To enroll in this whole course, you need to use the provided Google Workspace Account. You just need to sign-in once in the first course.

- Sign in with your provided google workspace account.
Note: Since you are already sign-in to chrome using the google account. Just click Sign-in with Google and confirm the Google account.

6: Review and accept the Qwiklabs term of service to access your account. Make sure to check “captcha” pop-up and click “ I Accept ”

Once you already sign in to your google workspace account. You may now be able to start the first course.
6.Each training course should take at least one(1) hour to complete.
- Google Sheets- Advanced Topic ( optional)
Note: Make sure to tap the "Mark as completed" at the upper right corner of each page.
- When you complete each course, you can earn a completion badge. View all the badges you have earned by visiting your profile page.
PART II.

- Select “ Learn by Product”
- Select “ All products”
- You’ll be routed to the list of all products of Google workspace including the apps that you already took in the first part of the training course.
