Employee Onboarding to Offboarding

  1. Employee Onboarding starts when the Job Applicant is approved to be hired and has accepted the Job Offer.
  2. After Employee Onboarding process, we can now create the Employee record.
  3. To track your employee's skill sets and training, we can keep a record by creating Employee Skill Map.
  4. To promote employees, we can create Employee Promotion.
  5. If we want to transfer employees to another branch or department, we can do so by creating Employee Transfer.
  6. If an employee ends a contract in the company and leaves the organization , we keep a record of employees by creating Employee Separation .
