Employee Onboarding to Offboarding
- Employee Onboarding starts when the Job Applicant is approved to be hired and has accepted the Job Offer.
- After Employee Onboarding process, we can now create the Employee record.
- To track your employee's skill sets and training, we can keep a record by creating Employee Skill Map.
- To promote employees, we can create Employee Promotion.
- If we want to transfer employees to another branch or department, we can do so by creating Employee Transfer.
- If an employee ends a contract in the company and leaves the organization , we keep a record of employees by creating Employee Separation .
